Can't log in to LobbyCentral

Your LobbyCentral username and password will always match your City network username and password (what you use to log in to your computer with), but it still needs to be filled in on the login page, and the username needs to be in this format:


If you've allowed your web browser to save your username and password, you'll need to change it whenever you change your network password.

If you've make too many attempts to log in to LobbyCentral with your old password, your City network account will be locked - to get it unlocked, you can call the Service Desk at 658-7800 or email
